"Living In A Dollhouse"
by
Gayle

Living in a dollhouse everyday

Plastic painted faces turning your way.

Fixed in a smile, an unfocused stare,

Polished nails, immaculate hair.

Picture-Perfect dolls, an unblinking facade,

Handshakes are exchanged, polite words are said.

What is reality, what is a dream?

In this dollhouse world, the same they seem

The End
