nce upon a time there was a cat named Pookie. When she was a little kitten, she lived with her brothers and sisters in a barn on the top hay loft. Pookie is always into alot of trouble.One day her mother warned her to stay away from the edge of the hay loft. Pookie didn't listen. Then all of a sudden she fell off! Her mother tried to get her back up, but they were too late. A big red truck pulled up to the barn.The farmer who owned the farm, had announced that the man wanted a cat. The farmer walked into the barn and saw Pookie on the ground slesleeping then he said that the man can have her. The man picked her up and put her in his truck. When he got home he put Pookie in his barn with no food. All there was was a sink that was dripping water. Pookie started to drink the water. A couple of days later, He decide tha he didn't want Pookie anymore. He picked her up and threw her in the back of the truck and threw her out the window right outside of the beer store.Finally my dad came in and a lady at the desk told us to take her or it will die at 5:00 tonight. We decided to take her and give her a good home. Pookie is like no other cat. I love her dearly.
