Bear"
In this story,
is "jacket",
is "ice skates",
is "polar bear",
is "fire", and
is "house".
There was once a girl called Yakah and she lived in the
north of Canada. She livied in a lovely little
with
a warm
. Every day she would put on her lovely warm
and and her blue
and go out ice skating.
One day, when she was out skating on the lake by her village,
a
came along. Yakah was very scared because
s are very fierce
and this was a very big
!
She tried to skate away but the
struck out his paw
and ripped her
from top to bottom. Yakah screamed and pulled
away from the
's reach.
Because she skated every day and was probably the best
skater in the village, she skated as fast as she could and managed
to escape to the edge of the lake. The
was still coming
towards her and Yakah could see some little children playing
by the lake, so she took off one of her beautiful blue
and threw it at the
as hard as she could. The
yelped in pain and turned and ran off into the distance.
Yakah skated on one foot onto the lake and fetched her
ice skate from the lake. Yakah was a heroine and all the parents
of the children thanked her for her bravery.
The
never came back.
