ello. I am Peter Rands, here to tell you another Life As A Cricket story. Usually Crazy Cricket does, but this time I will.Well, this story starts when Crazy Cricket gathered all his family (including Harriet the Tarantula) to take a plane trip to British Columbia. They knew regular flights wouldn't take them because they were crickets, so they took a special cricket flight. That is a small plane as a cricket as the pilot. So Crazy Cricket, his Mum Candy Cricket, his Dad Charlie Cricket and his brother Crunchy Cricket and Harriet the spider all went to the cricket airport. They got on the cricket plane. The pilot said "Hi, my name is Crabby Cricket. I'm not really crabby, that's just my name". So they all got in our seats and headed for British Columbia. Crabby seemed to be a good pilot. Crazy knew this trip would take a long time, so he took out a book and started to read. But soon, his brother Crunchy was bugging him. So Crazy just took his book and swatted his brother on the head with it. So Crunchy left Crazy alone. His mother, however, was not doing so well. She was clutching her seat so hard it had almost ripped. She is afraid of planes. Crazy tried to calm her down. "Mum," he said, "keep calm. We'll be there soon". Then she started to shake violently. "Mum, keep calm. Why don't you try to get some sleep?" But Crazy was starting to feel afraid of her. So he went back to his seat. Suddenly, the plane turned sharply down, but soon came back up again. But then it went up and then down and up and down. Crazy wondered what was going on. So he asked Crabby. Crabby replied, "The engine is struggling. I'm going to try to land the plane". But Crazy started to feel scared. He started to shake. Harriet came up to him from her seat. She tried to comfort him. "Everything will be okay" she said. Harriet stood by him. She didn't want him to panic. She stood there until the plane turned sharply downward again. She was thrown to the front seat where she held on for dear life. The plane was going faster downward. We all started to scream. They heard Crabby screaming too. Then it happened. Boom! The plane had gone down and crashed.
