nce there was a snake named Sally. She lived in a hot and steamy jungle. One day,she was sliming along and met an elephant. She said "Hello,Mr. Elephant. You are in my way .Will you please move?". "No I will not," bellowed the elephant, "and you will not pass." Sally slimed back and slimed up a tree. She pretended it was her home. The elephant fell asleep. Sally slimed throught the branches to her home. The next day when the elephant found out that Sally had crossed, he charged at Sally. Sally slimed up a tall tree, but she fell out. She fell on a farm. She landed next to a dog with wings. The dog was crying. "What's the matter?" Sally asked. "My owners left and they're on Mars," the dog said. "Well," said Sally, "we could fly to Mars." "but Mars is so hot, I like cold," said the dog. "Then we could move to Pluto, but Mars is also very cold," said Sally. "When is Mars cold?" asked the dog. "It is cold during the night," said Sally. "That's when I'm active any way," said the dog. "Okay, it's settled," said Sally. "We'll leave tomorrow night." The next night, they set off. Instead of landing on Mars, they landed on Europa, one of Jupiter's many moons. The owners were there also. "How did you get here?" everyone said at the same time. Then they burst out laughing. WHen they stopped, Bob, one of the owners, said, "You first." "Well this friend of mine, her name is Sally, came up to me and I was crying. So she said, "What's the matter?" I said that my owners are on Mars. She said, "Let's fly to Mars." So we did but we landed on Europa. Your turn, said Brownie. "Well," said Cathy, "you misheard us. We were always gonna go to Europa," added Bob. "Luck for you, you landed here."
