i! My name is Phoebe Ratliff and I am 12 years old. I recently won the "America's Ideal Miss" beauty pageant. I had a blast!I began pageantry when I was 5 years old. It's really fun to compete. I encourage anyone out there (boys or girls) to be in a beauty pageant. Just try it and you'll see that it is fun. And if anyone does want to try, just be yourself and have fun!!!
