百万年後の未来では、ワークナウワット星からのスペースインベーダーが世界をのっとる計画をたてていた。 彼らは地球中の河川に毒をまくことにした。人々が水なしで生きていけないことを知っていたからだ。エイリアンたちはある明るい日にやってきた。そして100トンの毒を海に投げ入れた。 魚が苦しそうに浮かぶのをみてエイリアンはクスクスワハハとわらった。 "さてあいつらにみせてやろうじゃないか!" 緑色のエイリアンがいった。 人々はなにか悪いことがおこっているとすぐに気がついた。みんなはあちこちをさがしてみたけれど手がかりはなかった。みんなすごく早く走り回ったので、みんなの姿はちょうどいろいろな色がまじっているようにしかみえない。気のおかしいエイリアンはなんの警告もせず毒を投げ入れ続けた。家をこわし、ものをとっていった。カエルや小さな動物はほっぽりなげられた。植物は、きれいな空気がなくなって、くたくたとかれていった。 ブラビードという一人の勇敢な男は、ただ走り回るだけではなんの解決にもならないと考えた。 彼はエイリアンをやっつけようと決心した。 "きちがい沙汰だよ！" 人々は霧の中でエイリアンをさがしながらそういった。 ブラビードがエイリアンを戦っているところをみたとしても、ぼうっとしかみえなかっただろう。とうとうブラビードはエイリアンを、さわったら電気がびりびりするおりにいれた。 エイリアンもきっと毒をのんだのにちがいない。というのも、彼らはだんだんふくらんでいったからだ。 どんどんどんどんふくらんで、そして・・・破裂してしまった。 頭のアンテナはひんまがり、おなかの中身もどびだしてしまった。 ブラビードは世界を救い、家や木をたて直すのを助け、そして水をきれいにするためにはたらいた。 その夜、みんながお祝いをしているときにブラビードは世界の大統領に選ばれた。
Once a million years into the future space invaders from planet Whoknowswhat thought up a plan to take over the world. The decided to poison all the rivers and streams on Earth because they knew people couldn't live without water. The aliens came down on a bright sunny day. They dumped 100 tons of poison into the ocean. The aliens became giddy with laughter as they watched the fish and seaweed crumble to dust. "We'll show them yet!" a green alien shouted. The people soon became aware that something was wrong with the world. The fled this way and that with no sense of direction. The people ran so fast that all you could see was a blur of colors. The insane aliens took no notice and continued throwing things about. They tore apart houses and raided them from their belongings. Frogs and other animals were thrown aimlessly about. Plants had long since withered to their death because of the lack of clean water. One brave guy named Bravido figured that nothing would be saved! ! if he kept running around in circles. He decided to defeat the aliens. "You're crazy!" some people said to him as they went by but he kept going on through the fog in search of the aliens. If you would have watched Bravido struggle with the aliens all you would have seen was a blur. Finally he cornered to aliens into a cage that would electrocute anyone who dared to touch it. The aliens must have drunk some of the poison because they began to bloat! Fatter and fatter they became until . . . . they exploded! Their antennas bent every which way and guts spewed everywhere! Bravido had saved the world and helped other people to build back their houses and plant trees and tried to help restore the water. That night everyone celebrated and elected Bravido as president of the World.
