once there was a girl named Rabecca, that loved to ride horses.She would ride horses all day if she could!her favorite part of riding was jumping.One day wile she was in school,her mother signed her up for a riding contest.At first,when rabecca came home her mother didnt tell her about the contest. After dinner she said"hunny,i signed you up for a riding contest today.Isnt that great?" Rabecca was speachless.finally she got the words out."mom, this is probably the best thing that has ever happend to me!" her mother told her that the contest was the day after tomorrow,and that she should start practicing. soon it was the day of the contest.rabecca was going to ride her favorite horse,Lily.The firt part of the contest was trotting.Rabecca was first.she won against three other girls and two boys.that was her first point.she had to get one more and she would win the contest. the next part was jumping.although it was her favorite part of riding,it was not her best.But she kept confidence in herself,and told herself over and over that she could win.And I guess it worked baecause she shure did win! after she got her gold cup,and her picture taken,she told her mother "this was definetly the best thing that has ever hapend to me!"
