あるひのこと、わたしたちはフットボールをしていて、わたしのチームがタッチダウンした。
ジョーダンがボールをゲートをこしてなげてしまったので、わたしたちはボールをとりにいった。 ドレヨンとジョーダンはグラントさんにあった。グラントさんはわたしたちをチェーンのように一列にならばせた。 それからわたしたちはボールをさがしたけれどみつからなかったので、こんどはグループにわかれてさがすことにした。
ベルがなってしまったけどボールはみつからなかった。グラントさんはもうおしまいにしていくようにいった。
それからガーベとわたしはどろどろの草むらにはいりこんでしまった。そこでロバートはドレヨンのぼうしをみつけた。 つぎにフィリップがドレヨンといっしょにいって、わたしとガーベはフェンスのそとにでた。 ちょっとこわくなったとき、グラントさんがもどってくるようにいった。 ドレヨンがでようとしたときどろどろの草むらにはいりこんでしまった。 わたしはゲートにもどるとき、どろにすべってころんでしまった。それからドレヨンがボールをみつけた。
ガーベはモンテレイをどろからひっぱりあげた。わたしたちはドレヨンをたすけようとしたけれどドレヨンはどろどろのところでうごけなかった。みんなで手をつないでドレヨンを草むらからひっぱりあげた。
うれしかったのでサムのところにはしっていってボールをあげた。 ベドさんはジョーダンにこんどからほうれん草をそんなにたべないようにといいました。
ne day we were playing football, and we scored a touchdown. Jordan threw the ball over the gate. First we tried to get the ball. Dreyon and Jordan got Miss Grant. So Miss Grant made us make a human chain. Then we tried to get the ball, but we couldn't, so we split into different groups. The bell rang and we still did not get it. Miss Grant told the girs to leave. After that Gabe and I got stuck by the stickey bushes. Then Robert found Drayon's hat. Next Phillip went with Drayon and Gabe and I got out of the fence. We were scared so Miss Grant told us to move out of the way. Then Dreyon got stuck and moved out of the sticky bushes. I stepped back into the gate and I slipped in the mud. Then Dreyon got the ball. Gabe pulled Montrey out of the mud. We got out but Dreyon was still stuck. We all held hands and pulled Dreyon out of the mud. We were happy so we ran to Sam and gave him the ball. Ms. Bedo told Jordan next time not to eat so much spinach!
