Let me introduce you to Iggy, Killer and Draggo. Iggy and Draggo are true lizards and Killer is a related reptile. They have scales for skin and are tan, green, brown colour. They look like little dinosaurs and they have big, bulgy eyes.
The monitor lizard is as big as a dog. Ten centimeters is the size of an iguana. A bearded lizard is as big as a table. Lizards live in a sweaty jungle and in a hot, hot, hot desert.
The lizards run across the jungle. One sees a bug. He flicks his tongue out. SNAP! After that, they all bask in the sun. Later, they run about the jungle and have fun. Sometimes they go to a pond and they swim and drink. They think the water is nice and cool.
The lizards see a bug. One thinks "I spy, with my big eye, something that looks good enough to eat."
