Adelies weigh ll pounds. The Adelie lives in the Antarctic. They eat plankton and small fish and krill. They slide on their stomachs. We call this tobagganing. Their height is about 28 inches. It has black head, beak, neck, and tail and a white chest.
Adelie penguins like to leap and dive like dolphins. Adelies shoot out of the water like a rocket. You can tell penguins apart by the markings on their heads. The size of Adelie's eggs are about two inches. In the sea, penguins must always watch out for danger, like leopard seals and the killer whales.
