There once was a mouse. His name was Mr. mouse and he lived under a blanket. One day Mr. mouse met an ant. The ant was cryingThe mouse asked "Why are you crying?".
"I'm crying because I lost my boat in the river."
Mr. mouse asked "what does your boat look like?"
"It is a sandwich" said the ant.
"Where did it go?" said the mouse.
"To the other side of the river" answered the ant, "but we'd never make it across."
"I've got an idea" said the mouse. "Go ask the racoon to come here and bring the beach ball with him."The ant, the mouse, and the racoon tied a string to the beach ball and through it to the other side of the river. The other end of the string was tied to Mr. mouse and he went flying across with it. Then he sat on the sandwich and through the ball back over. The racoon and the ant caught the ball and untied the string and pulled Mr. mouse back across with the sandwich.
And they all lived happily ever after, with full tummies, but no boat.
