はのうえにちょこんとすわりをたべていました。とつぜんいっぴきのネコがやってきてをつかまえようとしました。でもはとてもすばしっこいので、すぐにあなのなかにはしりこみました。
にいいかんがえがうかびました！ があなのそとをのぞくとネコはまだをまちかまえています。はネコのつめをみていたのではありません、ネコのあんぐりあいたくちをみつめていたのです。 ネコがあくびをするとは をとってネコのくちのなかになげこみました。
はすばやくにげました。はじぶんのおうち、ねずみのあなにはしってかえってドアをバタンとしめました。
はもうあんしん。
One day Max was sitting on a blanket and eating his samowitch. Suddenly a cat came and he tried to catch Max, but Max was too fast and quickly he ran in a hole.He got an idea! He lookt out of the hole and the cat was still waiting for him. Max wasn't looking at the cat's claws, he was looking at the open mouth. The cat yawned and Max took the samowitch and threw the samowitch in the cat's mouth.
Max quickly ran away while the cat was chewing the lettuce and tomatoes. He ran home to his own mouse hole and locked the door.
Max was safe and sound.
