 Once upon
a time there was a girl named Kim.She was alwayson her own nobody would ever play with her.Then one day her mum brought her to a spirit and body shop.Then she saw a lovley necklaCe!She asked could she buy it her mum said ''ok but are you sure ?'' ''yes i'm sure '' kim anwserd. So she put her pretty necklaCe on and she happily walked home.She showed her dad the necklace,her dad said it looked magical!.Kim went up stairs and thought hard about what her dad had said.So she went out to play and a girl named Clara noticed her pretty necklace,"hi i'm Clara" said the girl "I noticed you're very pretty necklace and I have to tell you something about it". "Why? is there something Wrong with it ?" asked Kim. "No' it is just that I know alot about special crystals and that one that is in you're necklace is very powerful!". "Really? what does it do?" asked Kim. Clara explained the crystal is known to bring good luck and fortune!!!."Thanks alot for telling me" said Kim "by the way would you be my friend?" "Well sure I will" answered Clara.Clara ran to ask her mum could she spend an hour at Kims house.So Kim ran into her house and waited.Then finally there was a knock on the door Clara came in ,"my room is the one on the left look I'll show you" said Kim.The two girls ran up stairs and opened the door to kim's room and there stood Kim's curly haired little brother and behind him was a mountain of Kim's clothes!"Get out you little devil" shouted Kim.Then Kim's curly haired brother ran out of her room."Look at this mess,i'd better start cleaning it" said Kim ."Wait a minute!"cried Clara "what is that box ?" " Kim didnt know.They decided to look in the box.The two girls took the old box from the wardrobe and blew the dust off,then they opened the box..."Wow!" said the two girs"what is it?" asked Kim. "It's a map a book and a note" said Clara.They read the note ,it said...Those who have found the book and map have great fortune on their hands good luck with finding the fortune from the Doherty family of 1931... "Oh my God" gasped Kim "I know" gasped Clara.They agreed to tell nobody about what they found."What about the book?" said Kim, she took the book from the box and opened it and inside the book were two rings! The girls took the rings and put them on they were so pretty!.They started to read the book it said... now this is a blank book you must write everything that you do on your journey to find the fortune from the Doherty family of 1931. "Do you think it is going to be a long journey?" asked Kim ."I dont know" said Clara.They looked carefully at the map.It said ..Go down stairs into the kitchen, into che closet, go behind the coats, open the hatchdoor, follow the stairs,under the hatchdoor you will find a room,there is a door! open the door and you will find the fortune!!"I cant believe there is a hatchdoor in there! can you?" asked Kim ?"No i cant belive it at all" said Clara ."Now lets go" said Kim. So the two girls picked up the box and cleaned the room before they headed off to find the fortune .They went down the stairs, through the kitchen, into the closet and then they found the hatchdoor! "I cant believe I didnt know about this" said Kim."Lets go down" whispered Clara "im scared" said Kim "its okay" whispered Clara "I'm here" "okay lets go" said Kim .The two girls went down the stairs and there mouths dropped open!! This secret room had everything, it had lights, a bathroom ,carpet on the floor, pictures and a sofa !!! the two girls danced with joy!! "This must of cost them alot of money!" said Kim "yeah, alot" said Clara "hey look theres the door" The two girls ran over to the door and opened it and saw there was a big box .The two girls pulled the box out ."Before we open it" said Kim "can you imagine how lucky we are" ."No I cant but I think I know what brought us this luck" said Clara .Just then the girls remembered THE NECKLACE. Then they opened the big box .Kim picked up a note it said..... when you remove the blanket from the chest there the fortune will lie..."What does that mean" asked Clara."It means take out the blanket" anwsered Kim.They took the blanket from the box and there in the box were two lockets, two braclets and a satin purse full of gold coins!!!"WE ARE RICH" shouted the girls. Kim noticed another note "wait look another note" she cried, it said...CONGRATULATIONS you found the fortune you are now part of the Doherty family of 1931... The girls were amazed with what they found! They decided they must not keep this a secret any longer and told their parents. The girls made a decision to donate the bracelets and all the gold coins to the local museam. They kept the lockets for themselves to remind them of that special day.... The girls and their fortune will go down in history!! And their friendship |will never end!!!! |
