 ne day we
were at the beach when the girl, Charlotte, saw a green fuzzy
thing crawling towards us. It looked like something we had seen
at the pet store. It started biting her leg and pulled her hair.
Charlotte tried to hit it away so she could run. She ran as fast
as she could to her parents. "Mommy! Daddy! Look at this!"
Her Dad whacked the monster with his surfboard. Then he asked
the lifeguard to help him. The lifeguard whacks it with a life
preserver. "OW! Don't hurt me!" They saw that the monster
was a person covered with seaweed. "Sorry we hurt you--why
did you bite Charlotte?" "Because I'm hungry"
So they invited him to the barbecue luau. |
