nce in a forest a cat had kittens. They were so cute. But one day somee people came by driving to the beach. They saw the litter and the cat and took them to an adopttion center. One kitten was under a bush sleeping so when he woke up to an empty nest he thought they left him. He sat and cried all day. He tried to figure out what was wrong with him to make them leave. So he made himself feel better by taking a stroll through the forest. He sat beside the lake that his family went too every time it was warm enough to swim. That made him think of his mother. Her green eyes that would make any animal sleep peacefully. He started to cry again because he thouhgt they left him. Then he went to the big,big oak tree in the forest. His sister and him always hid there if they were playing hide-and-seek. This made him cry and cry and cry. He missed his family so much he could take them of his mind. When night came he sat in his little nest and wimpered. He was scared of the dark and with out his mother it made him feel like a easy snack to any predator. When the sun finally came across the lake in to the sky making everything bright again the kitten went to find some thing to eat. He'd just started eating soild food. When he got too the river he waited untill the fish came close enough to grab. But when he tried to get one he fell into the river. He tried to swimm to the edge but the current was to strong. When he got a mile down the river he saw a girl holding his sister,bother and his......his....MOTHER! He started to meow. His mother heard him and swam in and grabb his neck and brought him to shore. The girl saw him and he showed him to her mother. She said he could stay. So now the kitten is happy and comfortly playing in the medows of Lucky farms.
