I love Christmas, don't you? My mum said Christmas was a time for giving and receiving not just for . Or the giving part. I put up my with my mum. My dad was out late at work so we had to do it on our own.
"What do you want for Christmas?" Mum asked me.
I thought a long time for that. But I didn't say anything because wondering what to put on the tree. Mum went off to make . Then Lisa called me. Lisa is my best friend in the whole wide world. I made that up to her in school.
"Do you know your lines for the nativity play?" she asked.
"Well of course, who doesn't? It's been three weeks," I replied.
"Of what? Oh sorry. I have to go. Because I have to help make dinner," Lisa sighed and hung up.
Then I knew what I wanted for Christmas. I wanted a mobile phone! But mum and dad said that if I have one for too long, my ears will fall off. Well, not exactly but you'll deafen yourself. So I can't have one until I'm eighteen.

At school, my friends were whispering about Christmas . Katlin whispered to Lisa about something, then Lisa shouted out, "Amy's getting a mobile phone?"
Amy looked at her really confused. "Huh?"
"LISA!" Katlin screamed.
What?! It's not fair. I want a mobile phone. But then again, Katlin and Amy are cousins and Katlin got one when she was about seven.
Lina ted handing out party invitions. She said to me, "It's a Christmas party on Boxing Day. Everyone's invited. Arrive at 10 and go home at six. Bouncy Castle themed!"

At the party, Evelyn, Lina's mum, gave us all glasses of juice. We were the first ones there. There was , , stickers and mini s.
Katlin and Amy had braids hanging from the side of their head. We jumped on the bouncy castle.

At the end of the party, there was a funny ring in my pocket. I picked it up. I thought Amy had snuck it in my pocket to trick me. It was Mum and dad.
"We're outside, dear," they said.
