Dakota's "Willy and the Witch"

I was listening to the one morning when I heard the announcer say, "Listen to the wonderful story about Willy and the ."
The narator began:
There was a living down the street from me; she spent all day laughing and having . A boy who lived close to her and he always watched her as she skipped up and down the street. The boy, Willy, was as he watched the . He wasn't allowed to play outside. His parents were afraid of s. He wanted to play with the more than anything else he could think of. Finally he thought of a plan, "I will sneak out the back door, and join Emily in her games."
