| Long long ago in India their
were many tigers.They were just plain tigers with golden brown
fur.Four friends named Jahan,Pooja,Rohan,and Nandani wanted to
be very different from the rest of the tigers.For they wanted
beautiful stripes and for each tiger to have a different pattern
of stripes each.So one day Nandani,Pooja,Rohan,and Jahan went
to the Goddess of Beauty.Who lived in the heavens and only came
to earth for special reasons such as a tiger not feeling beautiful.So
the Goddess of Beauty came to earth.Rohan told the Goddess of
Beauty that they wanted stripes.The Goddess of Beauty granted
them their stripes but to give them their stripes the goddess
needed an exotic flower with stripes.Rohan,Jahan,Pooja,and Nandani
knew where these flowers grew and set out to find it.Once they
found the striped flower they hurried to the Goddess of Beauty.The
Goddess of Beauty crushed the flower in her hand and told Nandani,Jahan,Pooja,and
Rohan to eat the crushed flower.All of a sudden a bright light
shone and when the bright light ceased Rohan,Nandani,Pooja,and
Jahan had stripes.The goddess had also given every tiger in the
world stripes.From that day on all tigers were born with stripes. |
