 n 1609, Hudson sailed on his first voyage. He was sent by the Dutch. He was trying to find the Northwest Passage was on a ship called the Half Moon. He had a wife named Katherine and three sons. One of the sons name was John. John went on the last voyage with his dad. That was the last time he could see a large river he found on his first voyage. He called the river the Hudson River. He couldnít see anymore because both of them were accused of eating all the food on 1611 trip. So him and his son both sunk and died off the Hudson bay. |
