nce upon a time in a town there was a old vacanted house. No one lived there. So the owner thought that he should sell the house. After, many months he sold it to a old man named Mr.Ben.

Mr.Ben was a very grumpy old man. He would always scold neighbours, complaint on children and he never trimed the grass. But, his neighbours always respected him and took pity on him. They tried to help him repair his house. But, he always felt that he should do all his work himself. Then, one day his neighbours came and pleaded that they really want to help him so, Mr.Ben finally said yes. It took a week to repair everything. The adults did the repairing and the kids trimmed the grass. When the work was done he realised that he should always take help if needed.

From that day on he always co-operated with people.
