We are a group of 25 enthusiastic fourth graders who vary in ethnic background. Many of our students speak Spanish as a first language. We enjoy working on computers in our classroom and in our school lab. Not many of us have computers at home. The teacher will happily be looping to fifth grade with these students next year.

We are a bilingual class. Therefore, we write in English andSpanish. Most of my students speak English at school, but speak Spanish at home. The student's have written to "The Woman I Most Admire"(mom, grandma, aunt, friend, and even dad) in honor of Mother's Day. We will be compiling our stories into a book to be given as a Mother's Day present.
