During an eight-week creative writing art-in-education
program, 釘ringing Social Studies to Life, at Brinckerhoff Elementary
School, students wrote fictionalized diary entries, and biographical
sketches basedon 16th and 17th Century Explorers who explored
the NOrthwest Passage: Hudson, Verrazzano and Champlain.
