by
Emily

T
he hippo was very mad. The hippo wanted some feathers. The goose had lots of flowers to share, but the hippo wanted feathers - not flowers. The hippo started trying to pluck the feathers right out of the goose!

The goose told the hippo to go away. The hippo said "No! I will go away when you give me some feathers.

The goose said "I left some feathers in the pond and I don't need them anymore so you can have them.

The hippo said "Thanks, I will get those. Now, will you be my friend?" The goose said "Alright, I'll be your friend and I'll share my feathers and flowers when you ask." They said "Maybe we'll marry."

They went out for dinner and had a good time and they cheered and then they went to bed together in the goose's nest.

The goose and the hippo got married and lived happily ever after.
