 nce upon a time in the rich town called Majesto a little girl named Susie Lareson was at the bakery a few blocks from her house. The baker Mr. Wallace told Susie to watch the store while he was out. While the baker Mr. Wallace was out Susie decided to snag some doughnuts and eat while she waited. The moment she was about to take the doughnut the baker came in. He looked at Susie and screamed,ëí what are you doing taking the last few doughnuts?íí Susie replied, ëí I come here everyday to work the least you could do is let me have a few doughnuts.íí ëí I suppose thatís true.íí After the argument Susie went home. When she got home her parents asked why she was late she said ëí not a good day for the baker.íí Then she walked upstairs brushed her teeth to bed. The next morning at school her teacher Mrs. Loner said to the class that they would be going on a field trip to the Hover Copter station. Every one hooted with excitement, But as suddenly as it began it stopped. Mrs. Loner asked them what they were so disappointed about and they all said ëíthatís when our pizza party is.íí The teacher smiled and said yes your right thatís why the pizza is going to be delivered to us at the station. Everyone sighed in relief, but Susie had a bigger problem she had to work on Sunday, the day of her field trip. After school Susie went home depressed. When she got home she went straight up to her room and went to sleep. The next day instead of school Susie had work. All day Susie was thinking about how to ask the baker if she could have a day off. But she couldnít all day the baker was gone. Susie soon got bored and left. The next day Susie went back to work again but still no sign of Mr. Wallace. So she left again to his house to see if he was sick but no sign of him there either. Susie went home and turned on the television and it just happened to be on the news and on the news it said; the baker Mr. Wallace Will is closing shop for a while unless asst. manager can manage it. Susie! watched and watched again until finally she caught the location Majesty Hospital. Susie saw him in a hospital bed and sprinted to his side .He asked Susie if she would be willing to run the shop alone. Susie told him yes just spend as much time here as you need. She remembered the time when she broke her collarbone and he was there at the hospital now she was there for him. |
