"The Best Breakfast Ever"
by
Lisa

I
t was a bright morning in early April. Marley and Lisa were desperately trying to decide what to have for breakfast. Undecided, the girls walked around the kitchen, which was extremely large.

Finally, after twenty long minutes, the girls decided to have crepes. Surprisingly, Lisa had never had crepes before.

To begin with, they searched for the recipe book, Once they had found it; they began reading what the recipe called for. Skim milk, sugar, three eggs, half a cup of water, and other assorted ingredients.

After the girls prepared these ingredients, they beat the eggs, and dumped everything in the Sunbeam blender. Once they had finished mixing everything together and rapidly putting it in Marley's fridge for ten minutes, the two girls started cooking.

Lisa burnt the first eight crepes, and undercooked the next four. The crepes were sandpaper in their mouths. They also made orange juice, but it tasted like mud. But Lisa finally made her last crepe right, only to be eaten by Marley's older sister, Halina.

Even though their breakfast tasted horrible, the two girls had made it all themselves, and they had a lot of fun doing it.
