f you don`t see why you get tickets for littering and you think you shouldn`t get a ticket for it, maybe this will change your mind. personally it did me when i found it out. I was amazed at how many people litter a second.

Over 100 people in every state litters every second. Thats alot!!!! If we keep this up our air will be poluted so much we can`t breath and so much litter we can`t walk. That`s wrong people! Learn about your country or state on litterbugs. Did it change your mind??
