She started the next day at 8:00 a.m. and she finished at 7:00 p.m. She was tired out. Some of the jobs she had to do were: wash the dishes, dust the floor, wash the tables, wash clothes, dry the dishes and dust the furniture. She even gave a groom to some of the neighbors pets. After a week, she finnally had enough money to buy the gift. She gobbled to the store. A sign on the front door said SOLD OUT OF FEATHER-SCRATCHERS. Mrs. Gobble was dissapointed. She walked slowly to her house. Mr. Gobble was sitting on the front porch. "I'm sorry", said Mrs. Gobble. "I couldn't get you your suprise gift this year". "It's alright", said Mr. Gobble. You gave me the best gift of all, you ed so hard to buy me a gift. "I don't care about the feather-stratcher", Mr. Gobble said while he gave Mrs. Gobble a hug.
