In this story, is "thump", is "Jesus",

is a day when families get together and celebrate 's birthday, or to give. But last was totally different. Last would be one my cousin and I would never forget! My cousin and I were planning to sneak out around midnight to catch Santa Clause in his tracks. Andre, my cousin, and I were getting ready for Operation Catch Santa.
We were reviewing our plan when all of a sudden my mom came into the room to check up on us. We practically jumped out of our beds because she scared us to death! Then she asked us if we were ok. We said,"Yes". When we finished reviewing our plan the two of us started to play some video games with our other cousin, Nando. All of us played Twisted Metal 4 on Andre's Playstation 2. After that, the three of us went to go get something to eat at our family called Las Nubes Steak House. It is a very popular in Douglas and they have very good Mexican food. Then when we finished eating our dinner all of us went back to the house to go to our room and pretend we were sleeping. All we had to do was wait until midnight to start Operation Catch Santa, even though we weren't allowed to sneak out on Eve.
Andre and I were very excited to at least try and catch Santa Clause. After all the excitement, the whole family went to bed, except the two of us. Two hours later, we heard a big on the . The two of us quietly got out of bed and went to the living room, and on our way I almost woke up my grandma but we were lucky J. "That was a close one," I said to myself. When we got to the living roomÖ there he was. The real guy was standing right in front of us! I mean that Santa Clause was really real! Santa told us to please be quiet so we wouldn't wake the others up and cause a lot of commotion. I asked Santa if he would give us a ride in his sleigh. Santa paused for a moment and said, "Yes". Andre and I almost yelled because we were so happy, but kept it in. Santa took us up to the through the chimney and we said hello to all the reindeer, then the three of us went on a ride around the little city of Douglas, and it was the nicest thing I ever saw. Then Santa took us! back to our Grandma's house so we could go back to bed and open all of our presents in the morning. Like a flash Santa Clause was gone!
That morning was the best holiday in the whole year, ! It was finally here. Everybody woke up to celebrate the birth of .
It has been a tradition to line up from shortest to tallest before we run into the living room so we can start to open our great giftsÖ and we did! That was the best a kid could have!
