Once upon a time,along time ago,there lived a boy
and and girl.There names were Kansas and Mikey.Kansas was a girl
and Mikey was a Boy.Mikey was 5 and Kansas was 12.Every Day after
school,Kansas had to pick up Mikey from his classroom and walk
home with him.She also walked with her friend Ashley.Ashley,Kansas
and Mikey all went to the same school.Mikey was in junior grade
1 ,and Kansas and Ashley were in Grade 7.Kansas and Ashley shared
a locker,it had a lock on it,too!
One Day,when Kansas and Mikey got home from school,Kansas
found a note on the counter.Kansas read to Mikey what the note
had said,
Dear Kansas and Mikey,
I found out today that I was pregnant.Since I wanted the 
up,Could you please help Mikey put it up because the baby isn't
due until this thursday.Thank you,Alexandra Marcradi.
"That sounds interesting!Mom is pregnant and she never
told us!Isn't that weird,Mikey?"Kansas explained."It
sure is interesting and a little bit weird."Mikey answered.
As they got to work on the tree,the phone rang.Kansas answered
it.It was Ashley!"Hey Ashley,What's up?I'm puting up our
!Kansas
said first."I thought your mom was going to?Is she late
getting home from work or something?It's 5:00pm and she's supposed
to be home at 4:30pm.It must be her late working day!Ashley Suggested."No,It's
not her late day.She's not coming home until Sunday Because she
is having a baby!Isn't that exiting?Kansas asked."It sure
is.I called to remind you that our 7th grade project is due next
Monday,So I thought you might have wanted me over there but I
didn't no,so I called you!Ashley Reminded Kansas."Oh,right.Mikey
is just puting on the last few of decorations now so I was thinking
of making supper.Maybe,if you want,you could come for supper
with us.We're having Chicken Fingers and Fries.Kansas asked Ashley."Yummy,I'd
love to.Be right over.Bye Kansas.Ashley said."Okay,Bye Ashley.Replied
Kansas.
While Kansas was serving Mikey his food,Ashley ran in."I
smelled the food and I just couldn't ring the door bell and I
had keys so I just ran in and-Ashley trid to finish-"Okay!"Kansas
lauged.Sit down Ashley.Mikey was done his supper in 15 minutes,while
the girls were being slow pokes,eating,and chatting,eating and
chatting!
Bye the time the girls were done there supper,there project
was just about finished,But they could finish it in school on
Wednesday.
On christmas eve night,Kansas and Mikey laid the stockings
down,in front of the tree and wished they would get some nice
presants.They said there prayers and went off to bed.
The next morning,Mikey ran nto Kansas's bedroom and woke her
up.He yelled"ITS CHRISTMAS KANSAS,LET'S GO OPEN OUR PRESANTS
NOW!"Okay,Okay."Kansas answered.
Kansas's favorite presant was her new jewellery box from her
grandparents.It was full of jewllery.Mikey's was a pretend guitar.He
was rockin the house off that day,and Kansas just couldn't find
something to ignore him.He just wouldn't turn off."And look,Kansas
ppointed,Santa even ate the 
we left behind for
him!This is the best Christas ever,but the worst rockin brother,Guitar
Man!"Kansas said to her brain.
