It was scariest night of the
year, Halloween! The kids were getting into costume and the parents
were getting the  ready for the other trick or
treater's in a quiet neighborhood in Chestnut View, Vermont.
The church was having a  . With  es, and goblins, and
ghost. Everyone in the neighborhood was going to the hay ride.
Everyone but one person, Ms. Chapman (the ). She lived in the
on top of the Jackson Street Hill. She hated kids and everyone
in that happy neighborhood. Ruumors say she bribs kids with
then cooks them in a  to eat for dinner. But nobody
really payed attention to the rumor.
Until one nght when Billy the meanist kid on the block said he
wasn't scared. Oh but he was when she got him inside and locked
him in a cage to save fo later. No one knows what happened to
Billy after that night. Everyone is to scared to go up to the
house and ask what happened to him. |
