One day Nicki went to the  ,
to go swimming. Nicki wasn't a very good swimmer, but she was
very brave indeed. She always wanted to swim in the sea, but
she was never allowed to, because she was too young. But this
time her mother wasn't there, only her babysitter and she would
let her do anything. Nicki loved  , she always had a
bag full with her. She had an empty bag of in
her hand, but had totaly forgotten about it. So she went into
the sea, even though it wasn't quite a nice weather at all! She
climbed onto a rock and jumped in. It was so deep she could hardly
touch the ground. The  pulled her back so hard, she
nearly drowned but luckily someone heard her call for help. She
just got a hold on the rock when a dozen  swam through her
legs, then she saw the bag of slip out of her hand.
Nicki tried to reach it but she couldn't. A man came up and dragged
her out of the .
Next day Nicki went back to the and found the bag
of
on the ground. She went over to the  to throw it away.
She stayed for a while and thought about what happend yesterday,
then went home thinking what her mum would say if she told her. |
