his is a story about people who had to split up into three groups because they had too many people in their state. One group had to leave to a different place to live. They left to Scoringhen where the Vandals lived. The Vandals did not like the Vinils so they made them pay tribute or to fight in a war. The Vinils wanted to be free so they decided to fight in the war. The Vandals asked their god for victory. Thier god said "I will give victory to the first people I see in the morning." Gambara asked the gods wife how she could get her women in battle. She said for the women to wear thier hair like beards and stand outside the window. The god saw the women named them longbeards and gave them victory.
