このお話はぼくのご先祖様のこと。時は１８２７年、多くの人が「まじょやまほう使い」って呼んだ人々は、実にかしこかった。１８２７年６月５日、ロードアイランドのジェームスタウンに、ある知らせが伝えられた。「まほうを使ってはいけない。使った者はばっせられる」こうして人々はこの法律を守り、それから何年もが過ぎていった。だからまほうつかいやまじょから生まれた子どもたちでさえ、自分たちにまほうの力があるなんて、思いもしなかったんだ。ぼくは１９８９年に生まれた。それから１１年が過ぎたけど、ぼくは自分が何者か、知らなかった。

ある時、おばあさんがぼくに家系図を見せてくれた。そこにはぼくのひい、ひい、ひい、ひい、ひいおばあさん、ジョエル・カノザがいた。ぼくはその名前にひっかかって、ちょっとした調べ物をしてみた。そしたらおどろくべきことが分かったんだ。ジョエル・カノザはまじょ、そしてぼくにはその血が流れているってこと。

his story is about my ancestors. Back in 1827 many people called "witches and wizards" were really wise people. In 1827 on the 5 of June a notice was placed in Jamestown, Rhode Island saying that no witchcraft or wizardry was to be done, for those who did would be excituied. Many stuck to the law and as years went by the children born from the wizards and witchs never new they had power. I was born in 1989 more then 11 years have gone by since I was born and I didn't know who I was.

When my grandma showed me a family tree I saw Kanoza, Joel my great-great-great-great-great grandma I reconized the name and went to do some research. What I fond was more then I imagined. I found out that she was a witch' and her blood was passed to me.
