むかしアマゾンのジャングルに、３匹のカエルが住んでいました。ある日、一番上のお兄さんカエルがお母さんカエルに、「ジャングルへ行って、食べ物をさがしたいな」と、いいました。けれどもお母さんカエルは、「森にはあぶないことがたくさんあるので、ぜったいにダメ！」と、いいました。そしてこんなことを、話しました。「世界で一番大きなヘビは、アナコンダ。アナコンダはお前たちのお父さんとおじさんを食べてしまったのよ」けれどもお兄さんカエルたちは、お母さんのいったことをしんじませんでした。そして、作り話にちがいないと、思いました。

ある夜、お兄さんカエルたちはお母さんにだまって、ジャングルへ出かけていきました。２匹が食べ物をさがしていると、ヘビがそ〜っとやって来て、１番上のお兄さんをパクリと食べてしまいました。２番目のカエルはいっしょうけんめい、にげようとしましたが、間に合いません。ヘビは２番目のカエルもペロリと食べてしまいました。お母さんカエルは、とてもかなしみました。

nce upon a time there lived three frogs in the Amazon jungle. One day the first frog asked the mother that they want to go and find for food in the jungle. The mother frog did not let them go in the jungle because their enemy was living there. The biggest snake in the whole wide world was the Anaconda. Last time your father and your uncle was eaten by that snake. But the two frogs did not believe what their mother said. They said that it was only a story.

One evening, the two frogs went into the jungle without their mother's knowing. when they were searching for food the snake came and ate the first frog. The second frog ran away but it was too late. the snake ate the second frog also . their mother was very sad. The moral of this story is obey your parents.
