ある日、ジーナという女の子が、ある町へ引っこしてきました。ジーナは学校へ行きましたが、お友だちができません。つぎの日の夜、ジーナが目をさますと、まどから小さな光がとびこんできました。光はジーナに「わたしは、ようせいなの」と、いいました。ジーナは「ほんとうに？それだったら、おねがいをかなえてくれる？」と、聞きました。「もちろん！」と、ようせいが答えました。ジーナはそこで、「お友だちができますように！」と、おいのりしました。つぎの日、学校へ行くと、みんながジーナへ話しかけてきました。ジーナもなかよく、みんなとお話ししました。またつぎの夜、ようせいがあらわれました。ジーナはようせいに、「ありがとう」と、お礼をいいました。しばらくして、ジーナはまた、新しい町へ引っこしていきました。ようせいは毎ばん、ジーナのところへ来るようになりました。ジーナはもうおねがいはありません。ただ、ようせいに会えるのが、うれしくてしかたないのです。

ne day a girl named Gina just moved into town, she went to school and didn't make any friends. The next night, she woke up and saw a little light flying around her window it came in, "I'm a fairy!" said the light, "You are? Do you grant wishes?" said Gina, "Yes," said the light, then she wish she made friends, the girl shut her eyes and hid. When she went to school everyone was nice to her, and she was nice to them. The next night the fairy came again. Gina thanked the fairy. She was very, very, glad she moved to her new town. Every night the fairy would come. Gina didn't want wishes, she just wanted to see the fairy.
