ある小さな村に、カクという人が住んでいました。カクはお店を持っています。カクにはファキラというお手伝いさんがいました。ファキラはとても忠実なお手伝いさんです。けれどもちょっぴり、オマヌケです。いわれたことしか、しないのです。

ある日、カクは急用で、家に帰らなければならなくなりました。そこでファキラに「入り口のドアをちゃんと見ているように！」と、いいつけました。ファキラは「分かりました」といって、ドアのそばにすわりました。

外を見ると、たくさんの人が集まっています。いったい何が起っているのでしょう。ファキラは気になって仕方がありません。けれどもカクにいわれたよう、「ドアをしっかり見ないと」いけません。

ファキラはとうとう、あるアイデアを思いつきました。ドアを外すと、うでにかかえて、外へ出て行ったのです。カクがもどってきたとき、ファキラはドアを肩に乗せたまま、みんなの回りに立っていました。それを見たカクは、カンカンにおこりました。「おい！店を開けっ放しにして、何をやってるんだ！」ファキラは「でもだんな様、言い付けはちゃんと守りましたよ。ほら、ドアはちゃんとここにあります」と、答えました。

みんなはそれを聞いて、ゲラゲラと笑い出しましたが、ファキラはなぜ笑われているのか、分かりません。ファキラは今でも「マヌケな」お手伝いとして、カクのところではたらいています。

here lived a shopkeeper named Kaku in a small village. Kaku had a servent named Fakira. He was a loyal servant but simpleton. He did only what he was told.

One day Kaku had to go home. He told Fakira to look after the shop. Kaku said Fakira, " Keep a strict wath on the door" Fakira assured him Kaku went home. Fakira sat at the door guardingit.

Meanwhile Fakira saw alot of crowd near by, He wanted to see what happend near by. But Kaku had told him to keep an strict watch on door.

He got an idea. He pulled the door out and took it with him in the crowd. When Kaku returned and saw Fakira near the crowd and the door on his shoulder he became angry. Why did you came here leaving the shop lonely. so he answered Seepishly "Oh master I have not disobeyed you see the door is still with me.

Everybody there started laughing but Fakira did'nt understood his Mistake still.What a foolish servent.
