 rs. Jones had a cat, and the cat had kittens,
and one of the kittens was called Whisper. She was the smallest
kitten of the gang and the other kittens wernt very nice to her.
She had silky soft fur and little brown eyes. One day Whisper
decided to go for a walk down the road so when Mrs Jones wasn't
looking Whisper tip toed out of the back door into the wide open
road.at first Whisper was glad to be free from the other cats
for a while but soon she became frightened of the loud engines
of cars and the barking of the dogs closeby. Whisper was so scared
she decided to hide in a bush. Soon dawn fell and there she lay
frozen and hungry. She was panicked by a sudden thud coming from
down the road. Two men hurled along, acting silly, coming to
the point of falling over. Just then from down the road came
a light "finally i've found you whisper" said Mrs Jones. |
