'm sick and tired of sitting here in the same itchy position. I've been waiting for hours for this guy who claims to be Leonardo da Vinci, to paint my portrait, but he's pretty cute and that is how I'm managing to smile for the wait. My husband has hired him to paint Moi. Since Leonardo works for the king, it was hard for my husband to get an appointment, but he finally did.
I'm going to take a look at this place while I wait. Wow, this place is totally amazing! In one corner of the studio there are a lot of paint jars, frescos paint mix, paint powders of different colors, and a forest of paint brushes. In one corner of the studio there is a mountain of canvas, and in the furthest corner there is a student of 11 years of age examining this guy painting my portrait. The most amazing part is that the walls are covered with sketches of machines, animals, people and detailed body parts!
"Voila," Leonardo is saying, "it is done!" He is showing me the picture and I am amazed of what talent this guy has, and I love how I appear against the scenery. But where did he find the mountains, trails, streams, and the lake? Can he see that far out the window? My husband is going to be really mad that none of my jewelry shows, and that my best dress and shawl look so dark and dirty. But my smile came out wonderfully! This guy really has talent. Maybe he really is Leonardo.
