"True Love Separated"

Once upon a time in far away England, there lived a prince named Prince John Brown and his family. His family was very religious and they stuck to traditions. They also liked to live by the rules. Prince John was a twenty three year old, very handsome, tall, and sweet to everyone that would come across his path. He had a good heart, was adventurous, and was looking for true love.

Since Prince John was looking for true love, he didn't want to marry Princess April whose dad was the King of France. He wanted to pick his wife instead of being forced to marry someone. John wanted his wife to be smart, beautiful, and generous to everyone, warm hearted, and adventurous. Once John's parents found out that he wanted to choose his wife and didn't want to marry princess April, they nearly lost their minds. They forbid him to go and find someone else to marry. He didn't want to listen to them and follow all the traditions. John went on a search to find the perfect wife. One day, while he was in the town, he spotted a beautiful garden filled with a lot of purple flowers. When he was walking through the garden he saw a gorgeous young women with long black hair, hazel eyes, and looked about his age, and he just couldn't let her get by him without saying anything to her so he said, "Good afternoon how are you today?"

"I'm doing fine," she replied with a huge smile across her face.
"So, may I ask, what's your name?" John said anxiously.
"Yes, you may ask," she answered, "my name is Jessica Moore, what's yours?"
"My name is John," he replied slowly, thinking about how he should not tell her that he's a prince of England. He wants her to see him as a normal person, not as a prince.
"What part of England are you from?" he asked. Now he asked this question, because all the wealthy and all the servants live in the North part of England, all the prisoners live on the West side of England underground in dungeons, and all the serfs were placed in the South, because the Kings and Queens before John's Parents time put the serfs under the wealthy since they thought the serfs were so much lower then themselves.
"I'm from the South," she replied with a sad and disappointed look on her face. "What part are you from?" She questioned.
"Well, I'm a servant for a noble family," he answered nervously. "So what brings you to the North Miss Moore?" he asked.
"Oh, please call me Jessica," she replied, "I'm on this side of England, because I've heard stories about how beautiful it is over here and I just wanted to see it for myself," answered Jessica. "the only pretty spot that I enjoy going to on the South side is this place called The Orchard," she said with an upset expression on her face. "So do you like the King and Queen?" she asked. "I heard they're really unreasonable, rude, strict, and don't care about anyone under or lower than them," she said with a disgusted look on her face.

"They aren't really all that bad," he replied, "they are kind of strict, and they like to follow the rules and traditions," he said in big defense of his parents. "How old are you," he said hoping that she is about his age, "if you don't mind me asking."
"No, I don't mind you asking," saying with a smile, "I'm twenty two years old." "Now if you don't mind me asking how old are you?"
"Well, I don't mind you asking, because you're about my age," he said joyfully, "I'm twenty three years old."
"So what do you like to do for fun?" John asked.

"I like to go to fairs and take walks around the town to see everything I can," said Jessica.

As she was saying this John was thinking about all the different things they could do. Then he remembered about the fair that was coming to the North in two days. So John decided to ask Jessica if she would go to the fair with him. Jessica quickly answered yes, with a hug smile across her face. They stayed and talked for a while and planned to meet at twelve o'clock in the afternoon the day of the fair. Since they didn't know the name of the garden, they decided to call it the purple garden, because of the many purple flowers.
Once the day came for them to meet each other at the purple garden John was about fifteen minutes late, and put a postponement on their visit to the fair. When John saw Jessica he was speechless. She looked gorgeous, she was wearing a beautiful crimson colored shirt with some blue denim shorts. John was in a big consternation, and when she came up to him and asked him why he was late he didn't answer. John was in shock, because he had never seen a young women look this way before. When he finally snapped out of the daze he was in Jessica was asking him a question about the fair, since she had never been to a fair before she asked him to give her a topographical explanation on the fair. He told her that there are always a lot of people there from all over England. He also told her about all the things that go on like the competitive sword fighting, the fun games, the delicious foods, and the other great competitions besides the sword fighting.
"So, aren't the King and Queen suppose to be at this fair?" she asked eagerly.
"I'm not quite sure," answered John nervously.
"If they are there can you take me up there to meet them," Jessica said.

John waited awhile before he answered. He wanted to have a good answer, so they could drop the subject quickly. "Uh, I don't know," was the quickest and easiest reply John could think of. After his answer, like he hoped that subject was dropped, and they left for the fair. While they were there they had a wonderful time. They played lots of games and actually won some prizes. Also they watched some real competitive events. Jessica was having such a wonderful time that she forgot to ask John to introduce her to the King and Queen. After they did and saw everything they could John walked Jessica home, and they discussed a lot of important quality things and interests they both had.

John and Jessica were together about two years, spending everyday with each other, before John finally told her who he really was. Jessica was furious, but clamed down slowly but surely. Once he told her he thought the hard stuff was over, but it was just beginning. One night when he was coming home real late, his parents asked him where he was and John said, "I was with my future wife."

"Oh you were with Prince Samantha," said King Anthony with a relief .
"No, dad I was with this beautiful young women named Jessica," said John.
"I thought we forbid you to go out and find another wife. You need to stick to traditions," Queen Emerald replied angrily.
"Jessica and I are in love and we're gonna get married," John answered demandingly.
"Now just hold on one second, what King is her father? Said King Anthony.
"Her father is not a king he is a commoner. They live on the South part of England," said John.
"The South!" yelled Queen Emerald furiously," you mean to tell me that you want to marry a serf."
"Don't call her a serf she has a name, and it's Jessica," he said with a disappointed look. "Yes, I want to marry her," he said smiling, "because I love her."
"What do you mean you love her, you can't fall in love with a serf, "King Anthony said loudly.
"She fell in love with me and didn't know that I was the son of the King of England," John replied in defense of himself.
"How long have you been seeing this women?" asked Queen Emerald.
"For about two years," answered John," and I know this is who I want to marry."
"Well, I don't have anything else to say to you except for," King Anthony said with a pause, "I forbid it!"

Now since Prince John doesn't like to go by the rules and tradition; he quickly left the kingdom and went to Jessica's house. John told Jessica to quickly get everything together, so they could go get married. As they were on their way to the church John told Jessica all about what happened except for the parts when they called her a serf, because he knew that, that would upset her even more.
They got married, and once they arrived at Jessica's house to get all her things, so she could move into the royal kingdom, the King and Queen were there waiting for them. When the King saw the rings on their fingers he became very angry. King Anthony began yelling and told Jessica's family to get out of England. John quickly said no to his father, but at this point he couldn't do anything because his father had the Knights come and take them away. Jessica was devastated, her heart was broken, and the tears were flowing. She couldn't believe what was happening to her and her family. Some Knights were ordered to take John back to the kingdom so he could never know were they would be placed. John and Jessica never saw each other again, because of some stupid rules and traditions. Once John became the King of England he made a whole lot of changes and never fell in love again, but he married Princess April by force. His heart was forever broken.
