ドレイトンマナー公園の新しい乗り物、「ストームフォース１０」に並ぶ列が短くなってくると、トニーはブルブルと体がふるえてきました。トニーは心配そうな目をいっしょに乗る人たちに向けました。
「ハイ」と、トニーはびっしょりぬれたおとこの子に声をかけました。「ハイ、ぼく、これに乗ったとこだよ」と、おとこの子は変にノンビリした声で答えました。「すごいね！」と、トニーはふるえながらいいました。
とうとうトニーの番がきて、ボートに乗り込みました。トニーはゆうかんにも息を吸い込んで、「さあ、行くぞ」と、ひとりごとをつぶやきました。ボートの後ろでシャッターがしまりました。トニーはじっと待っています。ろう人形が「落ち着いて！」というと、ボートが下へと落ちていきました。それが終わると、トニーは大声でさけびました。「キャアアアア！」だれか別のおとこの子がトニーに、「次は後ろ向きだぞ」と、いいました。
ボートが一番上まで登ると、後ろにかたむいたように感じて、トニーは目を閉じました。それから目を開けると、冷たい水の波が上から降りかかってきました。目をふくと、体はすっかりびしょぬれになっています。とうとうボートは一番高いところから下へまっさかさまに落ちるところへ来ました。ボートが前にかたむく時、トニーは体の中から変な感じがしてきて、下に着くまで「ウワァアアアア！」と、さけんでいました。けれどもボートから降りる時には、トニーは「また乗ろうよ」と、いっていました。
s the queue shortened for the new ride at Drayton Manor Park "Storm force 10" Tony began to quaver he looked nervously at his partners who he would be with in his boat.
"Hello," he said nervously to a soaking wet boy, "Oh hi I've been on this ride already," the boy said in a very laid back tone. "Great!" he said shaking.
When it was his turn he got into the boat and swallowed bravely, "Here goes," he uttered to himself. The shutter closed behind his boat, he waited, a wax model said, "Steady as she goes!" and the boat went down the first drop when it finished Tony yelled at the top of his voice,"YIPPEE!" The other boy told him that they were going backwards next!
When they got to the top he felt the boat tipping backwards he closed his eyes when he opened the a wave of cold water fell on him! When he wiped his eyes dry he was totally soaked! After a while they got to the final drop the highest one! The boat tipped forward he got a fuuny feeling inside himself that made him yell "WAHOO!" all the way down when he got of the ride he said lets do that again...
