Due to it he had gotten a very bad habit. He played late all night, watched TV all-day and studied hardly 15 minutes in 3 days! One bad habit he had was he played cricket inside the house and broke things about.

One day when his exams were nearing, while playing cricket inside the house he broke his father 's favorite vase. Was he frightened after that! He carefully put the vase pieces in a box and kept it aside. He then quietly went to his room to study and prayed that his father does not notice the missing vase. When he went to study he could not concentrate .The fear to be thrashed continued in his mind. Finally after the horrible exams were over, the results were coming tomorrow. Arum knew the results were going to be horrible. Arum was so nervous that he got fever. When his parents went to get the result they were greatly surprised because it seemed that their child was studying very hard, when they asked it to Arum, he told them the entire incident and also promised that he would improve his habit.
