"Jazia and Her Dreams"

O
nce upon a time, there was a little girl named Jazia. She wanted to go places, see things and do stuff, but she lived back in the olden days, when she couldn't go places, see things or do stuff. So, she packed her bags and set off to find an inventor who could invent something to take her to a more interesting time, like the year 2000.

She found a little house in the woods. Jazia went inside. There, she found a little man and lots of equipment. She asked if he built all this cool stuff. He said "Yes!" She asked if he could invent a machine that she could use to travel in time to a more interesting era. He said, "You would have to give me two months." She said, "Ok. Could I stay with you during that time?" He said, "Yes!".

So, the inventor started working and in two months, the time machine was ready. Jazia went into the machine. It took her to the year 2000. Then, her wish came true. She got to go places, see things and do stuff.

She came back to her own time and told everybody about the future. Everybody went to the inventor and asked for a time machine. Soon, the inventor was very rich.

Everyone said, "We'll all go to the year 2000 and leave this little place behind."

So, they packed all their stuff and got into their time machines and came to the year 2000. Now, they live in our time, and they keep their time machines stored up where no one can find them.

So, if you go to your friend's house, and they are acting strange, and they won't let you see any of the things in their closet or their attic or their basement, maybe it's because they came from another time.
