Daisy's "Fizz, Banng !"

In this story, is "ship", is "rocking chair",
is "chicken", is "sweet machine", and is "hat".

One day as we were eating lunch I saw a going past our field. There was a sailor frantically waving his from the deck.

Grandpa put down his , wiped his mouth and hobbled towards the canal to see what all the fuss was about. Grandma got up from her and went to the window to watch.

"The sailor's giving him something" said Grandma.

"I wonder what it is"

Grandpa eventually came back and from his pocket produced a tiny pink and yellow piece of plastic with a silver and gold lid and what the sailor had said was a magic button on the side. Only to be pressed by children said the label.

"Can I press it.Can I press it" I said.

"After you've finished your " said Grandpa.

I finished my dinner and it was time to press the magic button. I was so excited that I was to be allowed to press the button I could hardly stop jumping up and down. My little dog Patches started to jump up and down too and even Grandma and Grandpa had started to bounce in a most excitable manner. Everyone agreed it was time to press the magic button.

I picked up the tiny machine, held it in my hand and pressed. There was a slight humming noise, then, pink smoke started to appear. Then crash! With a sudden loud bang which frightened poor Patches right into his kennel, a giant caramel truffle appeared.

"My goodness" exclaimed Grandpa,

"How wonderful. Do you think it can make extra strong mints ?"

I pressed the button again and hummm, fizzzz, bangggg, out popped an extra strong mint the size of Grandpa's head.

"WOWEEE ! What would you like Grandma" I asked, but in spite of all the excitement, Grandma had fallen asleep.

I snuggled up to Grandpa and fell asleep dreaming of Giant s, giant treats and s and s and Uncle Pete, and all the people I would meet who'd love to try my magic sweets.
