T he doctor ran to my aid and shouted to the crowd,"Quick! Call an ambulance!"

The paramedic put me onto a stretcher as I bled profusly. They sent me to a hospital.

Among all the commotion in the emergency room, the doctors out badanges all over me.

I survived from the injuries and was not as seriously hurt as thought. Yet I was to stay in the hospital for two weeks.

As my condition stabilised, a policemen questioned me about the incident. I recalled being hit by a car as I ran across the road to pick up my ball. " It was my fault." I concluded the session and the case was closed.

My parents were furious and distressed by the incident. Looking at them, I learnt my lesson, the hard way. Not again will I play on the street.
