watching her favourite programmes on TV and Mum came in and switched
off the TV and said``Lizzie,time to do your chores!``Lizzie stuck out her tounge at Mum and glared at Alfie and called him a smelly nappy and said``Boring,Mum,how about reading comics or watch TV everyday?`` Mum glared at Lizzie and gave her a list of chores for her to do. ``Ok!``said Lizzie,in a meekly voice and pretended to be like her brother ``I love chores`` But Lizzie didn`t do the chores right when she had to wash the whites without the reds but Lizzie already put the reds,washing the car without making a flood but she already made a big one and there was rubbish upstairs when Mum told her to put it into but Lizzie already pushed it into her brother`s room. Mum came into the wash-machine door and looked at her pink clothes and her pink underpants. ``Lizzie,I think your brother can do chores``said Mum. ``Because Alfie is very good at his chores and you did make trouble and next week there is no more chores just for you and only Alfie can do the chores!`` ``Thanks,Mum!``smiled Lizzie and her a hug and a big kiss. ``And thanks for not letting a chores list and do all the work anymore!`` ``Here`s your pocket money,Lizzie!``said Mum,giving her a shiny 50p. ``I`ll let Alfie do all of the work and you`ll give him a shiny 50p,one pound or even two pounds!``said Lizzie,in a nice voice. ``That`s a good idea,Lizzie!``said Mum,giving her another hug and another kiss. ``Mum,can I read a book for a while?``said Lizzie,in a cheeky voice. ``Of course,Lizzie!``said Mum and gave her a medium sized book. Lizzie read it until Mum called her to help Alfie to do the chores and helped him a lot and gave Alfie 50p the next day. Lizzie,Mum and her brother,Alfie lived happily ever after forever and ever. |
