"The new planet"
by

T nce a person named Allan had a telescope. One night he was looking through it, and he saw something forming. That night he was having bad dreams about the new planet. The day after he heard on the news that all the planets were being pulled towards some kind of forming planet. He looked up in the sky. He saw a round thing just forming. It couldn't have been the sun. It was getting closer and closer and closer to Earth. Someday it would have a collision. And Allan knew what that meant. He ran inside and tried to think of something quickly.

A couple days later, an alien in a flying saucer landed in his backyard. The alien said, "Could you give me some soup?" Aliens love soup EXCEPT for chicken noodle soup. Everybody knows that chicken noodle soup melts their planet and them. Even when they have their backs to it, they melt. So Allan filled up a bowl with chicken noodle soup and put a lid on it so that the alien didn't know what it was. And everybody knows that aliens don't open up the lid of their soup until they reach their planet. So when the alien got back to the new planet, it opened up the lid and melted. And so did the planet.

Back at Earth Allan saw the new planet get smaller and smaller and smaller. The next day Allan phoned all his friends and talked about the exciting experience he had. And then the next day Allan looked through his telescope again and saw just stars, no forming planet.
