1. 現在そして将来の、インターネットの教育的活用のために
   • インターネットを教育利用するための、安全なシステムと環境づくりを実現する。
     Develop safe systems and environment for the Internet to become fully beneficial to educational use.
   • ハイクオリティなコマーシャルフリーサイトをめざす。
     Provide high quality yet commercial free web sites for learning and collaboration among students and teachers.

2. 学習と意欲のために
   • 明快な構成と子どもにフォーカスしたコンピューターとネットワーク教育を通して、子どもたちのインターネット体験が容易に理解できるものとなるようにする。
     Demystify the Internet experience for children through clear organization and child focused education in computers and networks.
   • 子どもの心理と好奇心を考慮し、発見によって自主学習意欲が高まるようにする。
     Engage children's minds and curiosity, stimulating learning through self-discovery.

3. 人間理解のために
   • 創作プロジェクトでの共同作業を通して、文化・習慣、宗教、民族、人種のバリアを取り除く。
     Break down cultural, religious, ethnic and racial barriers between children of the world by promoting cross-cultural collaboration in creative projects.
   • 文学と美術表現及び文化の理解を育む。
     Foster literacy, artistic expression, and cross-cultural understanding.
   • 様々な手法（絵・お話・音楽）による表現活動を応援する。
     Encourage artistic expression utilizing a variety of mediums (art, writing, music).
