1. Make a difference in the future educational use of the Internet
   • Develop safe systems and environment for the Internet to become fully beneficial for educational use.
   • Provide high quality yet commercial free web sites for learning and collaboration among students and teachers.

2. Make a difference in learning and motivation
   • Demystify the Internet experience for children through clear organization and child focused education in computers and networks.
   • Engage children's minds and curiosity, stimulating learning through self-discovery.

3. Make a difference in understanding people and ourselves
   • Break down cultural, religious, ethnic and racial barriers between children of the world by promoting cross-cultural collaboration in creative projects.
   • Foster literacy, artistic expression, and cross-cultural understanding.
   • Encourage artistic expression utilizing a variety of mediums (art, writing, music).
