There are several possible reasons why an entry was not uploaded.
- Transfer problem
We would like you to notify us when and where you sent your entry if it does
not meet one of the cases listed below.
- Technical problems
We would like you to re-send your submission if one of the following is true.
- You submitted using the wrong form.
- We will fit it to the correct page, but it will take longer than usual.
- We received your submission without certain fields completed, or wholly without content.
- This can sometimes happen when you send mail (or click the send button) and your computer has a problem at the same time.
- For young readers
We would like you to find a more appropriate place to submit your material if it is not suitable for young readers.
Readers of Kids' Space are as young as 3 years of age (or sometimes younger!), and are from a
variety of cultural backgrounds. To create a comfortable place for those readers, we have to be careful about:
- the use of language.
- contents that meets our own rating "G".
(violence, death, racial, or sexual issues)
- links to sites for adults.
- links to sites developed for sales.
- submissions from adults.
- Reliability
We would like you to re-send your submission if one of the following is true:
- Your submission lacked important information.
- Without name, age, or other necessary information, we are unable to determine if the sender is a child.
- You did not respond to our queries.
- We often contact senders with questions regarding their submissions. When we do not receive a reply after multiple trials, we will hold that person's submissions.
- You submitted a school entry without the name of a contact person or the contact person did not respond to our queries.
- When we have not received a reply after multiple attempts, we will hold the submissions.
